We’d love for you to get to know Kellie Stewart, our new Registered Psychotherapist here at Cardinal Points Clinic.
Kellie brings over a decade of experience in mental health, working with both youth and adults. Her therapy style is compassionate, empowering, and evidence-based. She integrates approaches like CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, and mindfulness to help her clients navigate anxiety, grief, burnout, relationship challenges, and chronic pain.
What makes Kellie truly special is the lived experience she brings to her work. After spending 20 years in the fast-paced tech world, Kellie underwent her own journey of personal healing—one that eventually led her to a second career, a Master’s in Counselling Psychology, and a calling to support others.
Her clients often describe her as grounded, warm, and easy to open up to. She creates a space where people feel safe to explore their thoughts and feelings, gain insight, and make meaningful change.
Outside the therapy room, you’ll likely find her hiking the Bruce Trail with her dog Maggie, gardening, parenting, or attending her Zen Buddhist Sangha for a bit of Qi Gong.
Kellie is currently accepting new clients, and offers:
Evening and weekend availability
Virtual and in-person sessions
Free 15-minute consultations
If you’ve been thinking about trying therapy—or returning to it—this could be the perfect time.
